- If the packaging appears damaged, note "Package Damaged" when signing.

- Severe Damage: Refuse delivery, and notify us immediately so we can send a replacement.
- Minor Damage: Accept delivery but document the damage with photos and report it to us within 5 business days of receiving the product.
Important: Once the delivery is signed for without noting damage, claims for shipping-related damage may be denied.

5. Non-Returnable Items
- Custom orders or items marked as final sale.
- Products installed or used, unless proven defective upon arrival.
6. Dead on Arrival (DOA) Products
Products that do not function upon first use (DOA) will be inspected and handled through repair, replacement, or refund at our discretion.
7. Concealed Damage Claims
- Report concealed damage (hidden damage discovered after unboxing) within 5 business days of delivery.
- Ensure you have photos of:
- All sides of the packaging.
- The damaged area of the product.
- The serial number visible on the box or product.
8. Return Shipping Responsibility
- If the return is due to our error or a product defect, we will cover return shipping costs.
- For change-of-mind returns, a 25% restocking fee will apply. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
